In the greatest Tuscan landscape on the Florentine hills
the Marchesi Lucifero’s farm, “Azienda Agricola Poggio agli
Ulivi”, has produced, for many years with a particular knowledge
of the olive oil culture and from fertile and extremely
inclined fields, a very special extra-virgin olive oil.
According to traditional methods the olives, Frantoio, Moraiolo
and Leccino types, are handpicked, grindstoned and then
cold centrifugated. The oil produced is then preserved in
antique terracotta pitchers, against environmental factors.
It is a fully organic product with very low acidity, giving
a fresh and intense smell, a fruity flavour, with a slight
bitter and piquant after taste according to the Tuscan oil
making traditions. As a healthy product with remarkable
